Regulatory & Safety Notice
Authority Approval
Per ROC Civil Aviation Act (UAV chapter), government agencies, schools, or legal entities must submit a flight activity plan to the Civil Aviation Administration (CAA) for review before operating in red/yellow zones; operation is permitted only after approval.
Vehicle Registration & Inspection
All operated UAVs (takeoff weight ≥ 250g) must complete CAA real-name registration and display the registration number; UAVs meeting specific weight or specs must pass model or physical inspection.
License & Operating Rules
Professional operations or special flights (outside green zones, night flight, BVLOS, etc.) must be operated by personnel holding a CAA Remote UAV Professional Operator Certificate, and comply with liability insurance, no-fly zone restrictions, and pre-flight safety checks.

All live flight demonstrations and flight training in this course are conducted in legal airspace / professional training venues, supervised throughout by licensed professionals and compliance review units.
